No.  The minimum lease period on any home in Cherry Grove Cottages is one (1) year.

Yes.  A “capital contribution” of $150 (funding the community’s capital account) is required at closing.

Yes, subject to property setback rules, lot “total impermeable surface area” requirements and safety regulations established by the city of North Myrtle Beach.  The permitting process with the city of NMB must be followed.

No fences of any kind may be located on any lot without the prior written permission of the Cherry Grove Cottages POA Architectural Review Committee; further, all fences approved by the ARC will be white vinyl picket fences not to exceed four (4) feet in height.

Paint, coating, stain, and other exterior finishes (roofing, shutters, siding, etc.) may be maintained as that originally installed without prior approval of the Architectural Review Committee.  However, prior approval must be obtained by the ARC before any such exterior color or overall design is changed.
