Cherry Grove Cottages is a community of 46 homes located just off Sea Mountain Highway on Hill Street in the Cherry Grove Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. The homes are a raised beach style with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a spacious 2 car garage.

POA dues are currently $360 per year which takes care of electric for street lights, entrance lights, the fountain in the pond, along with landscaping and maintenance of the common ground areas. A POA is slightly different from an HOA in that each homeowner owns a percentage of the common ground areas. It is a very family-oriented community and located just over a mile from the beach which is a golf cart ride away.

We are conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. The homes are similar except for a four color vinyl siding scheme. Many owners have opted to install a swimming pool in their back yard and have made their personal home unique to them with their choice of landscaping ideas from pine straw to stone. We are also located within walking distance to the City’s Hill Street Park which contains one tennis court and a playground for kids.
